Employers will be charged the active contractor fee based on the invoice's end date
Example: An invoice for August 1–28, paid on July 28, is billed as an August fee — not July.
So if a contractor has one invoice ending in July and another ending in August, you may see two separate charges close together, even if both were paid around the same time.
