Once your payment to a contractor has been successfully submitted on Thera, it will be processed based on the applicable payment cut-off times.
Payments made before the daily cut-off are typically delivered to the contractor within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Payments made after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
These timeframes are in place to support secure, controlled payment processing, ensuring funds are properly authorized, verified, and settled before reaching the contractor.
You can monitor the status of each payment directly in Thera by:
Viewing the individual contractor profile, or
Checking the Payment tab for detailed payment updates.
