Thera simplifies the W-8 BEN process for international contractors to ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations.

Contractors are tasked to fill out the form once they're onboarded to Thera.

Admins can track the status and can access the forms (PDF Copies) from the Documents tab under the Payroll module.

We will soon be supporting 1099-NEC for Contractors from the US.
