This article explains how users can switch between different types of accounts.
Thera allows any user to be a part of an organization as a Worker and a Manager.
A worker is a contractor or an employee of an organization, and a Manager has an administrative role in the organisation. There are three types of Managers - Admin, People Manager and Viewer each having different roles or permissions.
To be able to switch accounts, you would need to be added as a contractor and a manager of the organization that you are a part of.
If you're an admin make sure you add yourself as a contractor by clicking on Add Contractor
To switch between accounts,
Click on your avatar/profile at the top right corner.
Click on Switch Accounts
Select the account you want to continue with.
To switch between orgnizations, the same steps can be followed. You can also be part of multiple organizations at the same time.
