How To Select Benefits For Your Employee

Under Thera's EOR product, your employees will automatically be enrolled for all statutory benefits available in their country of work.ย 

If you however wish to offer supplemental benefits to your employees in addition to the statutory benefits already provided, please follow the process below.

  1. From the list below, click on the country your employee is working in

  2. View the country specific benefits summary

  3. You can find the pricing and package breakdowns on the brochures here.

    • For most countries the global brochures will be applicable, however some countries have specific brochures.ย 

    • For some of the benefits, the pricing is dependent on a number of employee factors such as age, number of working hours. etc. - please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to obtain a quote.

  4. Select which package(s) you would like to offer to your employees

  5. List the package names in your onboarding census under the 'Supplementary Benefits' section

  6. Under the package details, mention on the census whether you will be offering the supplementary benefits to:

    1. Employee only

    2. Employee + dependents

    3. Employee + limited dependents (specify number)

If you do not see the benefits summary for the country your employee is working from or the specific brochure that's mentioned on your country summary in the folder in point 3 above, please reach out to our Customer Success Team at [email protected] who will be happy to help.
