How to turn on/off autopay for a specific team

Notes -

  • Ensure that the autopay feature has been enabled by the Thera team on your company account. *Please reach out to your account manager if you would like to enable this feature.

  • Before turning autopay on, ensure that the invoice availability is set to '0 days before the due date' from Settings > General > Invoices Available, so that invoices are only auto-paid on the payment due date. If you do not change this setting, the invoices will get paid immediately if they are available for payment.

  1. From the admin dashboard, navigate to the settings page by clicking on the gear icon

  2. Click on "Teams" on the navigation bar

  3. Click on the ellipses for the relevant team

  4. Click on "Edit Team"

  5. Click on the "Payment Settings" tab

  6. Select the bank account you wish to connect for autopay

  7. Toggle it on/off as needed
