How to connect to Quickbooks?

This guide will walk you through the process of connecting your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to Thera.

Prerequisites

  • An active QuickBooks Online account

  • Org Admin permissions

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Quickbooks

  2. Click on Connect Account. You’ll be redirected to Quickbooks authentication page, where you’ll be prompted to log in.

  3. Upon authentication, you’ll see your account has been connected successfully. Click on the Continue button and you’ll be able to map your accounts on the next step.

  4. Click on Map Accounts to match Thera’s default accounts to your QuickBooks chart of accounts. This includes invoices, bank account, platform fees and ach fees. Click on Save.
    You can choose to sync your contractors as vendors by turning on the Sync Vendors feature.

  5. Click Save to continue

  6. You’ll see your Quickbooks has been connected successfully to Thera.
