To start withdrawing in crypto on Thera, you'll need to create a Thera wallet.
To enable your Thera Wallet, navigate to Payroll > Wallet.
Click on Create Wallet
You'll be required to verify your details and provide official identification, such as a national ID or equivalent government document. This verification process is essential for account security and compliance.
Your application will now be processed, which typically takes a few business days.
Once approved, you can transfer your USD balance from your Thera payroll balance to your new Wallet from the withdrawals page.
Crypto Withdrawals
Thera supports withdrawals in USDC and USDT stablecoins. To cash out, you'll need to:
Click "Add Method" on the Wallet page
Add a compatible crypto wallet address
Ensure the address is correct (mistakes can result in permanent loss of funds)
Verify your withdrawal amount
