Withdrawing your funds from Thera is quick and straightforward. You can transfer your available balance directly to your chosen account in just a few steps.
Log in to your Thera account.
On the home screen, click the blue Withdraw button.
Choose your preferred withdrawal method from the available options.
Under the USD Balance tab, enter the amount you would like to withdraw from your total payment balance.
Click the blue Withdraw button again to confirm.
💡 Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed in less than one business day, with funds sent directly to your selected account.
📍 Please note that the W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, or W-9 is required to be completed before you are able to place a withdrawal.
